Welcome to our website. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
We provide residential and commercial roofing services, including inspections, repairs, replacements, and maintenance throughout the Hampton Roads, VA region. All services are subject to a formal written agreement, estimate, or contract provided prior to the start of work.
Estimates and initial roof inspections provided by our team are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices may be subject to change based on material cost fluctuations or hidden structural damage discovered during execution.
While we offer 24/7 emergency response for leaks and storm damage, immediate service availability is subject to severe weather conditions and safety regulations. Emergency tarping or temporary repairs are designed to mitigate further damage and may require a separate full repair plan.
We provide documentation and structural assessments to assist homeowners and property managers with insurance claims. However, final decision-making and approval regarding claim payouts rest solely with your insurance provider. The client remains responsible for any deductible and costs not covered by insurance.
Workmanship warranties and manufacturer warranties (such as GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, etc.) are detailed in your specific service contract. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to workmanship compliance with agreed-upon project specifications. Warranties are voided if unauthorized third parties alter or attempt repairs on the roof after our service.
Payment terms, including deposits and progress payments, will be outlined in your individual contract. Project cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to the order of specialized materials or commencement of work. Late payments may be subject to interest fees as permitted by Virginia law.
Clients must provide safe access to the work area, driveway, and necessary utility connections (water/electricity) during service hours. We are not responsible for minor vibrations or noise typical of heavy construction work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing structural defects, unforeseen weather events, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
